From first call to first night lit — here is exactly what happens
We keep this simple. No vague promises, no hidden steps. Here is what happens from the moment you reach out to the moment your lights come on for the first time.
1. Consultation
You call or fill out the form. We come out to your home, look at your roofline, and talk through what you want. We measure every section, note the peaks and valleys, and figure out how many zones you need. This takes about 30 to 45 minutes. No pressure, no sales pitch — just a conversation and measurements.
2. Design & Quote
Within 48 hours, we send you a fixed quote. It includes the track, LEDs, power supply, controller, and full installation. No surprise charges later. We also send a simple design showing which roofline sections will be lit and how many zones you will have. If you want changes, we adjust before we start.
3. Install Day
Our crew arrives on the scheduled date. We lay out the track, cut it to fit every section of your roofline, and mechanically fasten it to your fascia. We run the low-voltage wiring, mount the power supply in your garage or utility area, and connect the controller. Most homes take one to two days. Larger homes with complex rooflines may take three.
4. Walkthrough & App Setup
When the install is done, we walk you through the system. We download the app on your phone, connect it to the controller, and set up your first few presets. We show you how to change colours, set schedules, and turn zones on and off. We answer every question before we leave. You are in full control from day one.
5. After Install
You are covered by our Lifetime Parts Warranty and 4-Year Labour Warranty. If anything goes wrong, you call us and we come out. No ladders, no climbing, no DIY. We handle it. After the warranty period, we are still here for service calls and upgrades.
How Long Does It Take?
From your first call to your first night lit, the typical timeline is one to two weeks. The consultation takes 30 to 45 minutes. We send your quote within 48 hours. Once you approve, we schedule the install — usually within a week, depending on weather and our backlog. The install itself takes one to two days for most homes, up to three for larger or more complex rooflines.
We install year-round, including winter. Cold weather does not affect the installation process or the materials.
